Digital Delivery

ENKI Codices are digital products. Nothing will be shipped physically unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.

After successful payment, access instructions are sent to the email address used at checkout. Please confirm that your email address is correct before completing your order. If the message is not visible, check your spam and promotions folders.

If you do not receive access, email enki@enkicodex.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. We will resend your access instructions or help restore access.

Before purchasing, review the applicable product page for included formats and any device, software, internet, or storage requirements.

Access Problems

If a provided file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened on a reasonably compatible device or application, contact us for troubleshooting or a working replacement. Our Return and Refund Policy explains the remedies available when a verified delivery or technical problem cannot be resolved.
